Glow Photo Booth Co. is operated by Glow Media LLC (“Glow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions describe the use of our website and the process for requesting and arranging photo booth services.
Please read these terms before submitting an event request. Your event’s approved quote and written booking agreement set out the services and commitments for that booking. If those documents expressly differ from these general terms, the event-specific agreement controls for that booking, subject to applicable law.
2. Using the website
You may use this website to explore services, find locations, and request an estimate. Anyone making a booking must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and authority to act for the event organizer.
Provide accurate contact and event details. Do not submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, upload malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website or other users. We may restrict access to protect the service against misuse.
3. Estimates & availability
Website prices and calculated totals are planning estimates, not confirmed reservations or a guarantee of availability. Prices depend on your location, hours, date, add-ons and event type. A location page does not guarantee availability for a particular event.
Travel shown on the website may be based on approximate city-center distances. The exact venue, access requirements, applicable taxes, and additional services must be reviewed before we confirm a final price. Any proposed changes will be explained for your approval before booking.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve equipment or an event date and does not require payment. If an estimate contains an error, we will provide a corrected quote for your review rather than automatically charging a different amount.
4. Booking your event
Glow is your contact for planning and booking. We may engage independent event professionals to deliver parts of the service. Your equipment, package inclusions, service hours, venue requirements and final price will be confirmed before booking.
A booking is confirmed when we provide written confirmation after the required event details, agreement, and payment arrangements have been completed. Keep that confirmation and contact us if any details are incorrect. Material changes to the confirmed package or event arrangements will be communicated to you.
5. Deposits & payments
All website amounts are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The approved quote and checkout show the amount due. A deposit is a payment toward the total booking price; it is not an additional charge or a discount on the total.
Where offered, the same-day deposit option is 30% of the approved total instead of the standard 50%. Eligibility and expiration are shown with the quote. Any separate price discount is shown as a reduction from your approved regular quote, with a fixed expiration. Once that offer expires, contact Glow for a new quote; refreshing the page does not extend it. Any remaining balance, payment deadline, taxes, and agreed additional charges will be detailed in the booking agreement.
When online checkout is available, card payments are handled by the payment provider. Do not send card details by email or through the event inquiry form. Payment alone does not replace the written confirmation of your event arrangements.
6. Changes, cancellations & refunds
Contact us promptly if you need to change the date, location, hours, or package. Changes depend on availability and may require a revised quote, which must be approved before the change is confirmed.
The cancellation deadlines, rescheduling options, treatment of deposits, and refund conditions for your event must be provided in your written booking agreement before payment. These website terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit or a cancellation fee for submitting an inquiry.
If the confirmed service cannot be provided, contact Glow so we can review the situation and available remedies under your agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes any refund or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
7. Event arrangements & photo use
The organizer is responsible for providing accurate venue information and coordinating any required venue permission, setup access, suitable space, power, and safe operating conditions. Specific requirements, setup times, outdoor protection, and any overtime must be agreed with Glow before the event.
Tell us about accessibility needs, photography restrictions, guest preferences, or other venue requirements when requesting your quote. You must have permission to provide any logos, artwork, or other content used in a custom design.
Image delivery, gallery access, storage periods, guest permissions, and any proposed promotional use of event photos should be addressed in the event agreement. Using this website does not by itself grant Glow permission to use your guests’ photos in advertising.
8. Website content & external services
The Glow name, branding, website design, text, and other content belong to Glow or their respective owners. You may view the website and keep a copy of your quote and booking documents for personal or business event planning. Other use of protected materials requires the appropriate permission.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information can change and interruptions can occur. External websites, social platforms, payment providers, and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make their content part of our agreement with you.
9. Privacy & communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through this website. When you authorize contact about an event request, we may respond using the contact details you provide to discuss availability, quotes, and booking arrangements.
The event inquiry form does not subscribe you to promotional messages. You can tell us your preferred contact method or ask us to stop optional follow-up by emailing info@glowphotoboothco.com. Message and data rates may apply to text communications.
10. Questions, updates & your rights
If you have a concern about a quote, booking, payment, or website content, contact Glow Media LLC with the relevant event date or request reference so we can review it.
We may update these website terms and will show the revised date on this page. Updates do not automatically change an existing confirmed booking agreement. Applicable consumer protections remain in effect.
